This special coffee comes from a family of producers in the municipality of Saladoblanco in the Huila region. The owner Mr. Omar Ortiz has been working in the world of coffee since childhood. His is a true passion, the coffee is harvested at an elevation of 1550/1650 mt. In the period between October and January. The process is washed and long fermentation in mucilage for 72 hours.
